- Home Inspections for selling or buying.
Building Permits are required for the following;
New Homes, Small Buildings, Large Buildings, Complex Buildings, Change of Use, Additions, Renovations, Basement Apartments, Accessory Dwelling Units, Decks, Sheds, Garages, Carports, Pools, Disaster Restoration. If your project is not listed, feel free to contact us prior to starting a project to see if a Building Permit is required.
