STS Building Consultants Inc. was founded and owned by Steven Sunderland.
With over 25 years experience working within the building industry including Design, Plans Review, Building Inspections and Project Management with local architectural firms and 16 years as a Building Inspector for a Municipality, working on a variety of projects from small buildings, large buildings and complex buildings. Having an Architectural Technology and Building Inspectors background and an extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code complete with understanding of the Municipal Building Permit process our approach is to ensure that our clients consulting needs are exceeded, whether it be for a Building Permit, Plans Review, Building Inspections, Project Management or any other related building matters.
From the initial conversation, we make the commitment to all our clients to keep them well informed about all of the required processes of the project. We make each process easy and understandable ensuring a stress-free environment.
